Pros

You are offered steady hours.

Cons

Most of management is unorganized and teams do not work as well as they should because the people that are in charge of them have absolutely no idea of how to manage their groups of people. Not only that but the pay grade for employees are lower than any other call center in California. Furthermore they say that it is a good place to build a career but after looking at the different job opportunities within the business I noticed that you will only get played 1 or 2 dollars more for a job with 3 times the responsibility.

Pros

Excellent coworkers, great bonus structure, loved the project I was assigned.

Cons

Miromanaged by trainer, for the entire time I worked this project. Said trainer had no qualms about dressing people down in front of whole floor, loud enough for clients to hear while on calls!
