Pros

Got to sit at desk, the cons out weigh the good

Cons

The pay is low, the expections are unrelistic, the staff is uneducated with running a business, the calls are rude and disrespectful and the supervisors will ot get on the phone for you which leaves call unresolved resulting in failed survey. They shortened breaks to 10min and 30 min lunch. You just have to be real special to handle this job did i say low pay

Pros

Excellent coworkers, great bonus structure, loved the project I was assigned.

Cons

Miromanaged by trainer, for the entire time I worked this project. Said trainer had no qualms about dressing people down in front of whole floor, loud enough for clients to hear while on calls!
