Pros

Only had a few instances of cockroaches at my desk. (Really not kidding) The managers are great at letting their employees know how important they are which results in a 80%+ turnover rate within 90 days. Experience in dealing with very angry customers turns you into a veteran within a few weeks. If you have ever wondered was it was like to take over 3 thousand calls a month, at just over minimum wage, then this is the place for you!

Cons

Training for many projects consists of a memo instructing you how to log into the ticketing system and your introductory script. Pay is extremely low. Workplace environment is extremely dirty and bugs are a regular problem. High performance is seen as a threat to management and is more likely to attract their ire than any recognition. Job stress was so high that being called for jury duty was a blessed event compared to a regular work day.

Pros

Excellent coworkers, great bonus structure, loved the project I was assigned.

Cons

Miromanaged by trainer, for the entire time I worked this project. Said trainer had no qualms about dressing people down in front of whole floor, loud enough for clients to hear while on calls!
