Pros

ZERO. ZIP. NADA. NOPE. UH UH.

Cons

The company doesn't care in any way, shape or form whether you are happy or on the verge of a nervous breakdown. The windows on the top floor are securely locked for a reason. The job itself is incredibly stressful and emotionally draining. When you add on top of that a ridiculously under trained and under qualified management team, rules and policies that shift on a whim (contradicting rules at that), systems that work less often then they don't, AND a 9.00/hr pay it's a complete and utter disaster. The saddest part is, the longer you stay, the harder it is to build up the strength to look for a new job because the one you have has drained you so badly each day. That's how they trap people there for so long. You're either gone within six months or your stuck for years. There's an 80% loss of trainees by the second part of the training.

Pros

Excellent coworkers, great bonus structure, loved the project I was assigned.

Cons

Miromanaged by trainer, for the entire time I worked this project. Said trainer had no qualms about dressing people down in front of whole floor, loud enough for clients to hear while on calls!
