Pros

If you are not a college student and you are flexible with your time then this is the job for you! 1.Full-time positions only 2.Health care benefits 3.Alot of over-time available 4.They like to hiring within there company so you could possible apply for a manager position while your an associate.

Cons

1.Mandatory over-time! I worked for a month straight with no days off because of "Mandatory Over-time". I ended up failing all my spring classes because I was barely in school. 2.Managers and TL's are lazy as hell. 3.The managers had favorites. While one group of people worked hard another grouped hardly worked.

Pros

Remote/work from home makes it easy.

Cons

Bait and switch tactics from training to onboarding to on calls. Your trainer will promise you one thing, and when you're on calls, your manager will bring you back to reality. They use AI transcription software to QA calls and if you mumble something that might be off-color between calls and they catch it, you're gone. Also, my manager would not cater his advice to me when I was a new agent. It's a slog, and if you're a single parent, they will take advantage of you.
