Turn over, from agents to upper management, EVERYONE is over worked and way under paid, antiquated systems, techs have no clue what they are doing, lying to clients, never know from 1 week to the next who you report to or who will be laid off. Oh and yea Lay Offs, ALWAYS happens around the holidays. Morale is at an all time low. You are a number and nothing else

Pros

Remote/work from home makes it easy.

Cons

Bait and switch tactics from training to onboarding to on calls. Your trainer will promise you one thing, and when you're on calls, your manager will bring you back to reality. They use AI transcription software to QA calls and if you mumble something that might be off-color between calls and they catch it, you're gone. Also, my manager would not cater his advice to me when I was a new agent. It's a slog, and if you're a single parent, they will take advantage of you.
