This job also has zero benefits other than being work from home. No healthcare, bare minimum of everything else. No raises after a year with the company. You get nothing but $16 an hour with no OT available. Paid time off is combined with your sick time so you only get 2-3 hours a paycheck and you do not receive floating holidays.
