      Work from home Working on site pre-COVID was a lot of fun. The people were all super unique and from every kind of background. Work site in Fredericksburg, VA is really pretty A LOT of overtime is available

      The pay is trash Management treats employees like garbage They constantly preach company culture but do nothing really to improve it The company software crashes constantly

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
