      Pros

      I love working from home, and I love the flexibility that it gives me. how can you not enjoy working from the comforts of your own home.

      Cons

      We have to go into a system called Spectrum to get hrs. and you pretty much have to stalk the computer to get hrs. that is the main downfall of this job.

      You get to work from home.

      Cons

      Low pay , bonuses not paid on time, no raises, micro managed constantly, lay offs or reduced hours at any time. No proper training. Metric based. They don’t care about or or the customer.
