Pros

Work at home - I guess as a worst case scenario, if you have internet and a quiet place to work for 8.5 hours straight, its not the worst. I'd rather do anything else though!

Cons

I left teaching high school to become a corporate trainer. I thought it would lead to higher pay. I started out in the company as a licensed agent with a decent wage. They kept moving me around, lying to me each time saying my pay wouldn't change, but it decreased by 25%. Every time I brought up the issue, I was brushed off. Their Employee experience (HR) is useless. They couldn't resolve any issues and caused me to go 2months without work. Oh I still worked for the company - I was just "between clients" and they had issues sending me my equipment for the new client. They also had issues paying me for that time which was clearly their fault and their problem.

Pros

Excellent coworkers, great bonus structure, loved the project I was assigned.

Cons

Miromanaged by trainer, for the entire time I worked this project. Said trainer had no qualms about dressing people down in front of whole floor, loud enough for clients to hear while on calls!
