Pros

Above minimum wage, unlimited opportunity for overtime

Cons

1) monotonous- one spends each day doing the same thing, making the days drag 2) no leeway regarding time- one is marked tardy if he/she clocks in 1 minute behind schedule, even though it is often due to the time it takes for the computers to upload 3) Seemingly no assistance from the supervisors- even when a caller specifically requests to speak with a supervisor, a CSR has to practically force the call onto Supervisory staff. 4) Overly critical performance reviews- one can be docked performance points for something as simple as entitling his/her call notes incorrectly, or not documenting seemingly minor details

Pros

Excellent coworkers, great bonus structure, loved the project I was assigned.

Cons

Miromanaged by trainer, for the entire time I worked this project. Said trainer had no qualms about dressing people down in front of whole floor, loud enough for clients to hear while on calls!
