Literally nothing- your income is rarely even accurate when you receive your paycheck

At best, the higher-ups at this company are completely immature and unqualified (most “managers” here have never even managed one person, let alone a team). There is literally NO ONE to reach out to if there is a problem with your pay, your time off (constant issues with their system showing inaccuracies with your attendance and/or not reflecting accrued PTO, and nobody ever knows how to fix it so it just stays wrong), and they will jump through hoops just so they don’t have to pay bonuses to employees who’ve worked hard to earn it. The things I have heard about and have seen with my own eyes are just plain tragic- employees who are just barely getting by financially have to just “suck it up” when they’re wrong’d out of hours they’ve worked, overtime, and bonuses, because there’s LITERALLY NO ONE in the entire office who can address any kind of administrative issues, and the managers claim to not have point of contact information for any HR or Admin. staff within the company. This place is not only Hell, but will make you so sad, because you see how hard some of the people work to earn these pathetic little bonus amounts, and then have the managers tell them they didn’t actually earn the bonuses due to some made-up oversight or BS technicality. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.
