Pros

Easy money. Decent pay. Convenient location. Very extensive training. Good incentive program if you can meet requirements. Good starting wage. Encouraging training staff.

Cons

Boring, repetitive, no room for advancement. Sit all day, short scheduled breaks. Horrible software and practices. Licensed reps can't even advise customers about their insurance coverage, which seems a little counterproductive. Scripts are awful.

Pros

Excellent coworkers, great bonus structure, loved the project I was assigned.

Cons

Miromanaged by trainer, for the entire time I worked this project. Said trainer had no qualms about dressing people down in front of whole floor, loud enough for clients to hear while on calls!
