      Pros

      Great pay. Excellent benefits. Overall, I think its a great place for starting out in a job. And for those who wish to seek a career there, great advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours can be long and sometimes it can be a little overwhelming with incoming calls. It's best to take it one call at a time. The day is over before you know it.

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
