      Having a job is better than being unemployed

      Cons

      Lack of benefits Pay not provided in timely fashion and ther is always an excuse The company believes in no pay raise but the price of everything is going up You use your break time to use the bathroom

      Pros

      They offer medical, vision, and dental benefits. Holidays off. There is an initial training for the job. Additional refresher trainings are provided as well.

      Cons

      Holidays off are not paid. This is the first company I have been employed with that does not pay for the holidays.
