Pros

Ok pay for a work at home job. Can chose your own hours. People are friendly for the most part. That is about all I can say.

Cons

Management always marking you down on evals but they do not allow you a voice to defend yourself. You just have to acknowledge what they say you did wrong, but you can't even get your supervisor to answer an email. They expect you to handle problem calls in 3- 31/2 min. And note accounts without pausing in between calls.

Pros

Excellent coworkers, great bonus structure, loved the project I was assigned.

Cons

Miromanaged by trainer, for the entire time I worked this project. Said trainer had no qualms about dressing people down in front of whole floor, loud enough for clients to hear while on calls!
