Pros
The pay, it’s pretty good to help get by, at least as a 21 year old with not too many expenses. The schedule I had was also pretty good, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Cons
So first, this place has not been up to date in years. The systems take extremely long to load up, computers randomly stop working mid call all old equipment and desks. Top lady came in and said we were sitting in the same desks she was 30 years ago. My training was extended 2 weeks because our systems went down and we couldn’t do anything, all paid tho and easy money so I didn’t mind. Management seems like they don’t communicate that well to each other and there’s definitely some favoritism. You get one 30 minute lunch and 2 10 minute breaks. And they are scheduled at different times everyday. One day you could have lunch and then a break 30 minutes after, and then you’re on the phone for 3 hrs straight. It’s horrendous… Lots of micromanaging. Every single thing needs to be told to a manager and your manager is watching every single thing that you do. Like honestly if you need some money i recommend just doing the training and maybe try to switch clients right before the training ends because after training it goes very downhill.
