The absolute most disgusting, unfair, and pathetic company. They will drain you of your life, and pay you little to nothing. HR is absolutely no help if you need help for an unfair or hateful situation. They are a biohazard, their bathrooms and therapy booth walls are covered head to toe in blood, snot, boogers, and they continue to have issues with bedbugs. You are so unfairly treated, and they have made getting a bonus impossible. I will never EVER recommend this job to anyone, even a desperate person, Mcdonalds would probably treat you better than Alorica. They are a money hungry company who have no respect for their workers. They also furloughed over half the company right before Christmas in 2024. Putting out so many parents who couldn't buy presents for their children anymore. Disgusting. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
