Pros
The pressue to make your sales goal is very low stress. You have a set shift but you can work with leadership to get around it.
Cons
Everything else. The pay is horrible, you can make comission but its not likely unless you cheat. The leadership tean doesnt ever come out and say to cheat but they make it clear its the way to make comission. By cheat I mean order stuff for customers without their consent. I speak to customers daily who say they never ordered this or that. Lots of the equipment is broken: the pcs, phones, and headsets. When you need help you often have to wait forever since some members of management will ignore your crys for help. The training you get doesnt properly prepare you for the floor. You are rarely provided info as to how you are doing metric wise. This is a LOUD call center. The leadership us constantly screaming meet your goals do this do that. There is little one on one coaching to solve problems. There is zero employee engagement. I have worked in call centers for eight years and now see i was veerry spoiled in prior jobs.
