Pros
- Benefits are good and unique - Good PTO to start (22 days + 2 flex holidays, 9 holidays) - Wellness benefit and commenting benefit (up to $1,700 per year) are great. - Hybrid work schedule (2 in-office days, for now) - Work is fulfilling and very different than other companies - If you have the skillset, they will let you work across teams - the people are incredibly dynamic
Cons
- Owned by private equity - questionable management decisions from Trilon C Suite that filter down to Alta - Morale is a little low at times - Pushing RTO aggressively - too rigid with advancement opportunities - pay is below industry average, particularly in southeast - flexibility that managers had is going away with regard to work schedules and remote/hybrid
