* Respond to customer phone calls, emails, and chat about information requests, order book upkeep, cancellations, orders, re-orders, claims, returns, exchanges, and item tracking. * Notify upper management of claims made and packages lost. * Send reminders to customers via email on their tracking numbers and order dates. * Respond to customers' general questions via chat as well. * Documenting caller's information and reason for the call into SharePoint. * Using Aiden and ACI worldwide software to track successful and declined payments.

Dress code. Program directors who care.

Cons

Many new hires were paid more per hour than many of us that were there for years. Insurance was not very good.
