Pros
ASHN is overall a great company to work for. It's a growing company, so I feel that there will always be a need for my position. Management needs to be more open to change and process improvement, but there are a lot of managers that are already involved in improvement. Pay seems to be on the lower end for the average employee, but being part of something bigger than yourself is more important in my opinion. I feel that what every employee does here is important for our patients well-being. Every role is important and helps our patients! I feel that I have purpose and meaning in what I do for a living. Training and development courses are offered regularly, which is a great benefit. We also have a committee that plans fun activities each month. Overall the workplace culture is friendly and inviting. I feel proud to say that I work for ASHN and would definitely refer a friend here!
Cons
Pay is on the lower end, health insurance is costly but is offered, 401k offered but not til after a year, not many vacation days
