Since the “joint venture” on January first of 2019. Beaumont Home Health has become 10% Beaumont and 90% ASHN. All of us have had pay deductions as significant as over 20% off of our annual pay. There are benefits but you are better off getting your own as theirs are ridiculously expensive. Lots of our benefits that we pay zero dollars for were cut off by ASHN. PT’s are practically forced to do PTA visits paid at a PTA rate. Not cool! The upper management people are truly some of the worst kind of people I had the unfortunate chance of working with. They are very rude and don’t care about employees' well being. What ever happened to the saying “take care of your employees and they’ll take care of your business”. Very very sad that Beaumont decided to sell 90% to this Ohio based company.
