as of 8.8.21 all pro with this company are gone. actively searching for a new job when I started 5 years ago, I LOVED this company. I wanted all my friends to love their job as much as I did.
Cons
Company is growing too big too fast. internal staff is pulled to other markets and the Dayton market it left to suffer. higher ups have been asked to sit in on multiple meetings to hear frustrations of field staff goes on unheard. often times advancing problem internal staff members to management positions. even after HR has been made aware of the harrassing behavior of particular people. I have been there 5 years I have had 6 different Field Admins and 7 different clinical managers. Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Each person including basic schedulers believe they run show. Therapy has had 3 pay cuts in the last 2 years. I have made less money while working more each year with this company. BUT THATS OKAY THEY ARE GROWING. the CEO gets pay raises while the rest of us have to take on other jobs. therapy review team will change OT/PT plan of care orders. (SASH program) no overtime no bonuses internal staff are the golden employees. field staff get the cover end of the stick
