micromanagement way to many managers with little to no experience who believe their run the show. they have big fancy sign on bonuses. at least five people have left before they could receive their bonus. because ALHC promises full time case loads. and all these other great things. full knowing they wont pay it out because they don't have full time needs for PT, OT, PTA or OTA. Doctors refuse to sign orders for the Dayton market. the therapy manager MB believes that one time a week therapy is enough. company doesnt match 401k like they use to. they are a ME ME ME company. every year i worked for the company i made less money than the year before. finally after 5 years i left. couldn't be happies.
