The support staff was horrible. Incredibly high turnover for management. When field clinicians would need support many times we’d get the run around and never get our questions answered or issues addressed. Incredibly stressful because of that and poor communication from office staff to field staff. They need to Make processes more streamlined with Less busy work and steps to get to a solution, ANSWER THE PHONE, know who to direct calls to. I left and went to a job that pays less money but way more organized with a completely supportive office staff who’s there 100%. Totally worth it, I’d rather get paid less than deal with the stress that ensued when ASHN took over Beaumont hospitals in metro Detroit.
