Awesome people, decent pay, best in its niche

Cons

Horrible culture (visibility centered (ie. who can stay the longest in the office and bill the most hours). Politics are horrible. Scruitiny of your work is bad. In my 2 years I’ve received only two bits of positive feedback. 80+% of the firm is men.
