Pros
This is the perfect company to work for directly out of college. However the medical benefits stink and the promotional process is crap. They rarely promote someone that was not hired from a recruiting school. 9 times out of 10, the person promoted had a territory that looked like crap and their retailers were glad to get rid of them in the hopes of getting a person with some sense of work ethics.
Cons
Work life balance claims made by our company are just words for the shareholders. TSM's (that work) are in the field 40 plus hours, they come home to hours on the computer for emails, online training and next day planning. Management are always making promises to quite the masses in hope that the workers will forget due to a constant bombardment of daily, weekly and monthly tasks. The company has loaded so much crap for the TSM's to complete that the unit managers are left in shell shock for a minute or two when asked what is the focus.
