Staffing Team: Extremely rude. No empathy. They act as if they run the company. Administrative Processes: Administrative processes are unclear and lack transparency. Culture: The culture is mixed. Different MDs coming from different companies bring their own ways of working, and the firm doesn't seem to have a culture of its own.
