Absolutely awful. Stay away at all costs. The main MD in NY on portfolio valuation actively discriminates against people of a non Judaism decent. What do I mean by that? We are talking unlimited time off, higher bonuses, lighter workload, guaranteed weekends off. Extremely unfair to be able to easily see being treated differently due to religion. I am shocked that other reviews say this yet management has done nothing about it. All the directors are horrible to work with. Incredibly mean and rude to staff. Will ensure you’re available at anytime of the day whenever they need you. Could be 11pm at night and you’re expected to answer the bell for them. Additionally, they are actively pushing people out it seems to inflate executive bonuses. The NY MD as previously mentioned forced 4 days RTO yet in all of 2023 came to the office probably less than 10 times. Pathetic.
