      Make your own schedule usually

      Cons

      If you don’t take shifts they call you for, it’s held against you and you lose hours. Money only-never about patients So desperate, dropped me off in two counties over and left me there. Said oh “we don’t know” “find a ride” I’m in a very rural area the clients FAMILY member drove me the hour back.
