The place is being run by the absolute worst management. Get ready to hear about his obsession with cheetahs. The managers under him have no idea how to do their jobs and manage using fear tactics. The cheetah obsessed "leader" is rarely in office and manages by slack. Even if you survive and somehow figure out how to put up with them the promotion path is non existent. Moving from and IC role to a management role rarely ever happens.
