Everything else: •HR is laughable - I have never in my career experienced an HR department so afraid to make a basic, common sense decision. Have an employee/coworker miss 30 days in one year? With well documented evidence? HR still cannot or refuses to decide on concise next steps. Make a complaint or voice your concerns to HR: they go back and tell the manager everything that was discussed. • Loan Center - omg, there are NO words…NONE! And if there were words, they would ABSOLUTELY not be pleasant. • Systems - Literally, 15+ applications to do the basic requirements of your job. • Gossip - Wow, everyone knows everyone’s business. There is no sense of confidentiality. • Insurance - without fail, each time I visit the dr, I receive a bill in the mail. Only 80% covered for dental cleanings.
