      Pros

      Enjoyed my time here - considering it was a stepping stone for me into banking. Great training program for tellers. Met a lot of amazing people here. Not a big bank so you get a lot of regulars and you get to know them. Easy job and it has its con…..

      Cons

      Pay is lower than other banks. Overworked as a teller and tasks are not delegated fairly. No debrief with manager at end of day. A lot of exception and doing things that’s against bank policy and procedures or else we get in trouble by upper ups - always keep customers happy right! No room for growth at all, they said training would be provided if you want to grow but there isn’t any. It’s all about who you know… what a joke. My team was always switched around, people leaving… even my manager lol

      Great company to work for. The company's culture is very welcoming and makes you want to do your best. Amegy truly cares about its employees.

      Nothing negative to mention. It was a good company to work for, only left due to personal reasons.
