Corporate takes environmental impact seriously and creates a culture that encourages volunteerism, involvement and go-green initiatives.

Many costs rest on your own dime until reimbursed, they are not upfront. Also for younger managers it is tough to feel like you're a part of something bigger, sort of like a lone wolf. No added incentives for timely or under-budget project completion.
