Was promised commission and other opportunities when hired, which never came to fruition as they merged districts and ultimately laid everyone off to outsource to call centers instead of having local offices. Business model developed into charging specific customers more per gallon for propane out of pure greed. Not a good company to work for if you have a moral compass.
