Cons

If your only priority is money, this might be a fit. If you actually care about patient care, your teams, or culture, look elsewhere. They pushed out or let go of the entire experienced leadership team and replaced them with executives from Petco and Walgreens, who then brought in their own friends. Since then, it’s been a steady decline. What used to be a strong, collaborative culture has been gutted, and all of the employees who made it a great place to work are gone. At this point, it’s very clear the focus is the bottom line above everything else.

Pros

This team believes in the future of vet med and what it can look like for pet owners and employees. They work hard to find that delicate balance between providing accessible care for pets while taking into account their employee's work/life balance needs.

Cons

As we grow it takes longer for decision to be made.

Pros

People are genuinely supportive, leadership is accessible, and there are a lot of opportunities to contribute. It's a growing organization, which means you can have a real impact and help shape where things are going. Culture is collaborative, and there's a shared commitment to supporting our hospitals, teams, patients, and communities.

Cons

Growth can come with challenges. There are times when processes are still being built or refined. That can be frustrating at times, but its also part of working in an organization that's continuing to evolve.
