Pros

Focused on acquisitions, strong partnerships and achieving operational excellence Nimble enough to change through times to achieve goals Smart & hard-working colleagues (can definitely learn a thing or two) Deep pockets to spend on acquiring high quality vet clinics Backed by an experienced Private Equity firm Being employee #6, I can truly say that growing this company from just a few clinics back in 2017 to almost 80 currently while building other facets of the business has been a great experience for me

Cons

Since we don't all reside in San Antonio (head office), we rely on email and conference calls. At times, it becomes difficult to get answers and need a few follow-ups.

Pros

This team believes in the future of vet med and what it can look like for pet owners and employees. They work hard to find that delicate balance between providing accessible care for pets while taking into account their employee's work/life balance needs.

Cons

As we grow it takes longer for decision to be made.

Pros

People are genuinely supportive, leadership is accessible, and there are a lot of opportunities to contribute. It's a growing organization, which means you can have a real impact and help shape where things are going. Culture is collaborative, and there's a shared commitment to supporting our hospitals, teams, patients, and communities.

Cons

Growth can come with challenges. There are times when processes are still being built or refined. That can be frustrating at times, but its also part of working in an organization that's continuing to evolve.
