Pros
I was a big fan of the brand before starting, but you don't have to be to enjoy the experience. On the digital team in particular there are a lot of really meaty and fun problems to solve. I joined at a time of transition to help relaunch all major digital properties (4 sites). The whole company is really supportive of the work the digital team is doing. Everyone I've worked with is very good at their jobs, great to get along with, and easy to respect. Being in the same building as the test kitchen is lots of fun and very energizing. There's always food to go around and it's inspiring to talk to the test cooks and hear about what they're working on.
Cons
The digital department is redefining the work it does, how it does it, as well as it's position within the company. That means that a lot is being figured out. Depending on the kind of person you are this could be challenging, or it can be seen as an opportunity to shape your work environment.
