      AA is a large company with lost of opportunities if you have a college degree. Agents and Ramp personal max out salaries at 10 year with hourly rate of $23.00. Most opportunities are in large Hubs.

      Cons

      very stressful work environment. Small yearly pay increases.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
