      Upper management - the big dogs pay themselves large bonuses when the employees work hard and take large pay-cuts to stay out of bankruptcy

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
