      Pros

      World's largest airline, working hard toward improving company culture, but still not there yet.

      Cons

      If I had to guess, I would say that some of the company culture problems are stemming from the fact that Delta has managed to create this atmosphere of exclusivity that American Airlines just isn't portraying.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
