Pros

Best benefits for sure. Buddy travel privileges for family and friends, excellent airline. Highly recommend. Love the people, culture and professionalism of all. A great group of crew members who work well together.

Cons

Being away from home on holidays. It's hard to hold holidays off if you are not senior. Also the commute in and out may be difficult during certain times of the year. Depending on if you live in the city where you are based, you may have to rent a crash-pad (flight attendant apartment).

Pros

It provides training for Tier 1 IT Support. You will be introduced to how the first line of IT works.

Cons

The compensation range provided by the recruiter will not be applied when they offer you the role. It will be (below minimum) . The job itself feels like a mixture of IT and customer service. You will eventually take ( calls +messages) at the same time for a very low pay. This department laid off over half of their team members to save cost and to establish an off shore team in India. They have been interviewing candidates for (months) to fill up a few spots but obviously the trick of offering low compensation at the end of the process did not work well. One more thing to mention, forget about moving forward to a better role within the company. Most likely it will not happen based on what I heard from other members. No differential for after hours and night shift pay is the same for night shift
