Pros

They certainly give you the ability to fly airplanes. Flexible schedules, average travel benefits, average health insurance. Visit lots of different cities.

Cons

Where to begin. Low pay (starts at 23k /yr). Long working hours. Only lipservice in the name of safety. Daily routine of reduced rest overnights followed by long intensive days with little concern over safety and preparedness of its pilots. Accrual of sick time covers roughly one sick trip every 7 -8 months. Expect to get less than 8 hours of rest on some nights.

Pros

It provides training for Tier 1 IT Support. You will be introduced to how the first line of IT works.

Cons

The compensation range provided by the recruiter will not be applied when they offer you the role. It will be (below minimum) . The job itself feels like a mixture of IT and customer service. You will eventually take ( calls +messages) at the same time for a very low pay. This department laid off over half of their team members to save cost and to establish an off shore team in India. They have been interviewing candidates for (months) to fill up a few spots but obviously the trick of offering low compensation at the end of the process did not work well. One more thing to mention, forget about moving forward to a better role within the company. Most likely it will not happen based on what I heard from other members. No differential for after hours and night shift pay is the same for night shift
