Pros

Flight Benefits once you get east of DFW. Agents and Fleet Service and Flight Service personn are for the most part great people. They just need to be given the chance.

Cons

False promises. Abusive immature behavior is tolerated by upper management. Promotions are awarded by favoritism. Qualifications are not recognized. Pay is not fair. Favorite employees are paid more. Upper management falsifies seniority dates, training records, and compliance reports. Unsafe shipments are accepted for transport. Stress is high. Morale is low. Employees are not inclined to help each other.

Pros

It provides training for Tier 1 IT Support. You will be introduced to how the first line of IT works.

Cons

The compensation range provided by the recruiter will not be applied when they offer you the role. It will be (below minimum) . The job itself feels like a mixture of IT and customer service. You will eventually take ( calls +messages) at the same time for a very low pay. This department laid off over half of their team members to save cost and to establish an off shore team in India. They have been interviewing candidates for (months) to fill up a few spots but obviously the trick of offering low compensation at the end of the process did not work well. One more thing to mention, forget about moving forward to a better role within the company. Most likely it will not happen based on what I heard from other members. No differential for after hours and night shift pay is the same for night shift
