Micro managing is ridiculous. Executives treat workers like children. Blatant disrespect of on all non-managers. This is the place that nightmares are made of. People get written up for supervisor errors. No one asks question to people who know the work. Executives do not listen to anyone who is not a supervisory or above. Too many leaders who can't lead. Many supervisors lead with threats of write-ups and sometimes threaten workers jobs because of basic human error.
