Pros

Good pay, and benefits. If you like predictable routine data entry work, and don’t mind short lunches. This could be a great job.

Cons

I wanted more challenging and varied assignments. I also had a particular type of skill I wanted to build but couldn’t find these opportunities here. Lunch was only 30 minutes. The work culture was hurried and closely number output oriented, and I didn’t feel supported in my career endeavors.

Work From Home, No Weekends

Cons

Pay is really terrible, vacation is incredibly difficult to take, and comes with a huge heaping helping of guilt, the job is difficult, tedious, and unrewarding, it's both Customer Service and Collections, managers are burnt out and mean spirited, computer systems are outdated and frequently down.
