Cons

Hybrid work is not flexible and having to check in everyday is childish. Work environment very different from when I started and things change a lot so I am unable to adjust to new scheduling requirements

Work From Home, No Weekends

Cons

Pay is really terrible, vacation is incredibly difficult to take, and comes with a huge heaping helping of guilt, the job is difficult, tedious, and unrewarding, it's both Customer Service and Collections, managers are burnt out and mean spirited, computer systems are outdated and frequently down.
