Paid holidays and snow days Some holiday parties Good health care. Half days are always a plus The retirement plan isn't too bad
Cons
Management is terrible. A lot of micromanagement. Managers think they're above and beyond everyone else especially at the east provide location. Some people come in late and don't do their work. Instead they stay on the phone chatting to their friends. But the one and only time the good employee who is always on time shows up late it's a big deal and he or she gets written up. Too much gossiping
