Pros

Fun place to work. The company expects and encourages each employees input when setting goals so you really feel like you're a part of the overall business plan. We all work hard but we're working to achieve our own commitments so expectations are never unrealistic. Fully stocked kitchen and pantry which means we get to save our lunch money! Pay seems to be better than other similar companies

Cons

There really aren't many. The office hours generally start at 7am so people who like to sleep in many not enjoy this.
